COVID-19 Business Updates

21/05/2020: Update

We continue to dispatch orders and our warehouse remains operational, please note that Monday 25th May 2020 is a public holiday in the United Kingdom. All orders placed via our website after 2pm on Friday 22nd May 2020 will subsequently be shipped on Tuesday 26th May 2020 in accordance with the shipping service selected.

 

04/05/2020: Update

We continue to dispatch orders and our warehouse remains operational, please note that Friday 8th May 2020 is a public holiday in the United Kingdom. All orders placed via our website after 2pm on Thursday 7th May 2020 will subsequently be shipped on Monday 11th May 2020 in accordance with the shipping service selected.

 

09/04/2020: Update

We continue to dispatch orders and our warehouse remains operational, please note that Friday 10th April 2020 and Monday 13 April 2020 are public holidays in the United Kingdom. All orders placed via our website after 2pm on Thursday 9th April 2020 will subsequently be shipped on Tuesday 14th April 2020 in accordance with the shipping service selected. We'd like to wish all our customers and suppliers a Happy Easter.

 

24/03/2020: Update

In accordance to the latest guidance from gov.uk, online retail will remain open across the UK and is encouraged, all postal & delivery services will be running as normal.

In these unprecedented times, we wanted to write to let you know and reassure you, that having taken on board all the advice from the World Health Organisation, Central Government and local authorities, DriveDen is doing everything we can to prevent COVID-19 spreading. 

Currently our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners. We are committed to protecting and supporting everyone who works for us, supplies us and shops with us.

We continue to be committed to getting your deliveries to you; our website and warehouse remain open with deliveries currently running as normal. Our warehouse works to strict health & safety and public health guidelines and we are continually working with our delivery partners to make sure that we are operating in the safest way possible.
