What are your opening hours?

Our customer service hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Orders can be placed via our website 24 hours a day.

Where is my order?

Once your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email, depending on courier this email may contain tracking information.

I think my order may be lost in the post.

Orders sent via our courier will have tracking information included in the despatch email. Order posted with Royal Mail will usually take 2-3 working days from despatch.
Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 14 Days. If your order was despatched more than 7 days ago, please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, very often parcels will be held here for collection.

How soon will my order be despatched?

In each product detail page we indicate a despatch time, usually 24 or 48 hours. This is the time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse. After this you will need to allow for the couriers delivery time. Please see our Delivery Details Page for more info. Our shipping days are Mon-Fri, we do not post on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

What is your order cut off time?

With products showing a despatch time of 24 hours we aim to despatch these orders the same day if ordered before 1pm. This is not always possible depending on the days workload.

What are your delivery options for UK Mainland?

We offer both a Royal Mail standard economy option and express courier deliveries. Express options are not available on all products and will be detail in the checkout.

What about Highland and OffShore?

We offer both a Royal Mail standard economy option and express courier deliveries. Our Express option can sometimes take 1 day longer than to Mainland UK addresses. Please ensure you select your correct location in the checkout to avoid order delays.

I need to change the address or item/s on my order. How do I do that?

Addresses and products can be changed up to the point of despatch, simply Contact Us with the changes.

How do I return an item?

We have a very simple and quick process for returning items to NP Autoparts. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

How long do I have to return an item?

We allow 14 Days for Returns, for full details please see our Returns Policy.

The item that I want is out of stock, when will you be getting it in?

We have a clever automated system that can email you as soon as a product returns to stock. In the product details page there will be a link to request this email. If you require a rough date please email us via our Contact Us Page.

Do you offer vouchers or discounts?

Yes, we run offers and discount codes, offering great savings off of new and seasonal motoring products.

Do you offer trade or bulk discount?

We are unable to offer trade discount at this time, however if you are looking to order more than 10 of a single item please Contact Us for a reduced price.

Not to worry, from our login / register page you will be able to request a reminder with the "Forgotten Password" link. This will then email you your password.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept Debit / Credit cards directly with our partner SagePay. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Checkout (use your existing amazon login details for fast payment) and UKash (with vouchers purchased from local shops).

How are your products packaged?

We take care to ensure your order will reach you in great condition. We will either box your order or use thick poly bags. We also barcode scan all orders to ensure you receive the correct parts first time.

Can I come to the warehouse and purchase?

We are not currently able to offer on site collections, all orders need to be placed online for delivery.

Can I order over the phone?

We are unable to take orders and payments over the phone, these will need to be placed via the website checkout.
