Q: Where is My Order?
A: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email, depending on courier this email may contain tracking information. Please message us if your order is still missing 4-5 days after dispatch and we'll investigate further for you.

Q: When will an item be back in stock?
A: This can vary depending on lead times from our suppliers, it's best to sign up to back in stock emails on the product page to be notified when they arrive. If you're still waiting more than 3 months for a product then drop us a message and we can either recommend a good alternative or provide a clearer availability time frame.
